Clara enhances photos you choose using AI processing. Enhancement results vary with the quality of the original photo; we don’t guarantee any particular outcome.

• Clara Pro is an auto-renewing subscription purchased through Apple’s In-App Purchase system: $6.99 per month or $29.99 per year, with no introductory offer on either plan. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. The subscription renews automatically at the price shown on the paywall unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can cancel any time in your device Settings under your Apple Account’s subscriptions; you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.

• Clara Lifetime is a one-time purchase ($49.99) that unlocks Pro permanently. It never renews and there is nothing to cancel.

• Pro means unlimited enhancing and object removal. Your first enhance is free before you buy anything.

• Legacy enhance credits bought as packs before Clara Pro launched remain usable: they never expire, they are tied to your device’s anonymous identifier, and if an enhancement fails on our end the credit is automatically returned.

• Use Restore Purchases in the app to recover your subscription or Lifetime unlock on a new device.

• Refund requests are handled by Apple under their standard App Store refund policy (reportaproblem.apple.com).

You keep all rights to your photos. You grant us a limited, temporary license to process photos you submit solely to provide the enhancement service. You’re responsible for having the right to use the photos you upload, and you agree not to upload unlawful content or content that infringes others’ rights.

Don’t abuse, reverse-engineer, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service, and don’t use it to create deceptive or unlawful imagery. We may suspend access that violates these terms.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yiriba LLC’s total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.

We may update these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be highlighted in the app.
